Company founder Corydon Johns began his venture by building solid relationships with his clients. This approach remains paramount to our company and has allowed us to grow and thrive throughout the years.
We are a full service TPA and Independent Adjusting Firm specializing in all lines of Property, Liability, Transportation and Workers Compensation related claims. Our clients include insurance companies, the London Market, large corporations, governmental entities, managing general agencies, program administrators and various types of brokers. For some clients, Johns Eastern handles individual assignments and for others, we provide a full range of claims services.
Johns Eastern takes great pride in carefully selecting and intensely training our personnel, all of whom are properly licensed and bonded. We adhere to a corporate training program that promotes a strong organization with solid claims background and procedures.
