We are a full service TPA and Independent Adjusting Firm specializing in all lines of Property, Liability, Transportation and Workers Compensation related claims. Our clients include insurance companies, the London Market, large corporations, governmental entities, managing general agencies, program administrators and various types of brokers. For some clients, Johns Eastern handles individual assignments and for others, we provide a full range of claims services.

Michael A. Zoovas is a Security Consultant whose principal office is located in Sarasota, Florida. He is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Florida and is recognized nationally as an Expert in the field of Premise Liability, Negligent Security, Crime Prevention and Law Enforcement Agency Policies and Procedures (state and Federal). His CV is maintained as part of the business records and is updated on a regular basis to maintain its accuracy. From 1966 through 1997, Mike served as a Police Officer with the Miami Shores Police Department. For the last ten (10) years of his employment with Miami Shores Police Department he served as Chief of Police until retirement. Previously, Mike was employed by the United States Army, 8th Division as a Military Policeman in Germany from 1963-1965 in the CID.
